ISLAND IN OKAVANGO DELTA

Beautiful island close to the mainland so easily accessible.  It has proved popular as a tented campsite, for the last 6 years, and we now have permission to build lodge or chalets, this would make it an amazing investment.  It's inside the government protected wildlife area of NG 12.  Clients that stay here enjoy Mekoro rides, guided walks, and day trips to the relatively nearby heritage site of Tsodilo hills.  It has a lease until 2028, and thereafter renewable.  Just to verify the price, we want 3 million pla.We also have another plot that we want to sell.  It is also on the Okavango and can be reached by boat from this island or by car, easily, from the main Maun shakawe road.
